Please take notice that on application of a certain property owner in the Town of Wausau, Florida to close the following described property:
That portion of an un-opened alley between Pioneer Road and Second Avenue
That portion of First Avenue from the East Right of Way of State Road 77 to the West Right of Way of Jackson Street
The Town Council of the Town of Wausau, Florida will bring on for hearing the request on the 21st day of July, 2022 at the Wausau Town Hall, 1607 Second Avenue, Wausau, Florida at 5:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible.
A verbatim record of this proceeding will not be kept. Anyone wishing a verbatim record shall be responsible for such.
