The Town of Wausau is seeking Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the Jackson Street and Jefferson Street resurfacing projects as identified in the Town’s Local Agency Participation contract with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Consideration will be given to only those firms that are qualified pursuant to law and that have been prequalified by FDOT to perform the indicated types of work. This project is state funded with assistance from the FDOT.

Respondents are required to submit one (1) original, five (5) copies and one (1) digital copy in a sealed envelope marked “SEALED RFQ 2025-01 for CEI SERVICES”. Proposals must be received by 8:00 a.m. on March 20, 2025 at the Town of Wausau, Town Hall Attention Lynn Gothard, Town Clerk, Town of Wausau 1607 2nd Street P.O. Box 39, Wausau.Florida 32463. Proposals will be publicly opened on March 20, 2025 at 5:00p.m. at the Town Hall.
The Town of Wausau reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the process and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town. CEI contracts will be subject to release of funds by the funding agency.
